Account passwords or authentication credentials are handled separately for security purposes and are not intended to be publicly visible or used for any purpose other than authentication and account protection.

Despite our efforts, no website, server, cloud environment, device, email system, plug-in stack, analytics platform, communication system, or transmission method is completely secure. 1. Completed orders, invoices, tax records, GST records, delivery proof, payment-status records, and support or complaint records linked to a completed transaction:
Retained for at least 72 months from the due date of furnishing the annual return for the relevant year, and longer where required by appeal, revision, audit, investigation, litigation, court order, or other legal proceeding.
  2. Cancelled, failed, or incomplete orders not resulting in a completed taxable supply:
Ordinarily retained for up to 72 months, and longer if required for fraud prevention, reconciliation, dispute resolution, chargeback handling, audit, or legal reasons.
  3. Customer account information:
Retained while the account remains active and ordinarily for up to 72 months after closure or prolonged inactivity, except where parts of that information are linked to retained transaction, tax, security, or legal records.
  4. Recipient information:
If linked to a completed order, retained along with the related order record as above. If not linked to a completed order, ordinarily retained for up to 72 months.
  5. Contact form submissions, general enquiries, event or corporate enquiries, and complaint records not linked to a completed transaction:
Ordinarily retained for up to 72 months, and longer where the matter remains open or becomes subject to dispute, investigation, or legal hold.
  6. Newsletter and marketing subscription records:
Retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. We may retain minimal suppression information thereafter for as long as reasonably necessary to ensure your opt-out request is respected.
  7. Reviews and testimonials:
Retained while published and for a reasonable archival period thereafter, or longer where required for moderation, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

  9. Security logs, system logs, and backups:
Ordinarily retained for up to 180 days, with limited residual retention in secure archives or backups for a reasonable additional period where operationally necessary, and longer only where required for investigation, litigation, audit, legal hold, or applicable law.

Where information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymise, aggregate, or securely destroy it, subject to legal and technical constraints.

If you subscribe to newsletters or promotional communications, we may send you updates about offers, products, seasonal collections, launches, or related promotions.

Where such features are used, we may also maintain records relating to subscription status, campaign delivery, bounce, unsubscribe, open, click, or similar engagement information for analytics, suppression, and campaign-administration purposes.
