Same-day delivery in Bangalore may be available for eligible orders placed before 4:00 PM IST. This is a best-efforts convenience service, not an absolute guarantee, and remains subject to product availability, serviceable location, weather, traffic, recipient availability, access restrictions, payment status, and operational feasibility. Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST will ordinarily be scheduled for the next available slot.
We offer flower delivery across Bangalore. Delivery times may vary based on distance, traffic, weather conditions, and our delivery schedule for the day. Once your order is confirmed, our team works to ensure your flowers are delivered as quickly as possible.
If there is any issue in locating the address or contacting the recipient, we will reach out using the phone number shared at checkout to make sure your order arrives smoothly.
Placing an order is simple!
1.Visit our Shop page and choose your favorite bouquet.
2.Select the quantity and click Add to Cart.
3.Open your cart and click Checkout.
4.Enter the delivery address and contact details, then complete your payment.
5.Once your order is placed, it is confirmed and you will receive an order confirmation with your unique order ID.
As soon as your order is placed successfully, a unique Order ID will be generated.
If you are logged in to your account, you can go to My Account → Orders to view your recent order and track its status.
If you are not logged in, simply visit our Track Order page and enter your Order ID and email address to check your order details instantly.
Yes, you can request changes to your order before we start preparing and dispatching your bouquet. If you would like to update the delivery address, contact number, message, or bouquet, please get in touch with us immediately and keep your Order ID ready.
After your bouquet has been arranged or sent out for delivery, changes cannot be made because every order is freshly handcrafted just for you.
If the recipient is not available when our delivery partner arrives, we will first attempt to contact them using the phone number shared at checkout. If we are unable to reach them, we will get in touch with you to decide the best next step.
With your approval, the bouquet can be safely handed over to security, reception, or a nearby neighbour. Once the order has been delivered to the confirmed location, it will be considered successfully delivered.
If a secure handover cannot be arranged, we will notify you and guide you on the most suitable next step.

No, discount codes can only be applied before placing your order, during checkout. Once payment has been completed and the order is confirmed, the same order cannot be modified to add a coupon code. To enjoy the discount, please enter your valid code before making the payment.
Because our flowers are fresh, perishable, and often made to order, refunds are not usually available for change of mind, personal taste, or recipient preference after an order has been accepted, prepared, delivered, or picked up. However, if there is a verified issue—such as a wrong item, substantial damage at the time of delivery, or non-delivery due to our fault—we will review the case and may offer an appropriate remedy, including replacement, re-delivery, partial refund, full refund, or store credit if agreed. Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 1 hour of delivery or pickup, with your Order ID and clear photos.
Fresh flowers, bouquets, floral arrangements, and other perishable made-to-order items are generally non-returnable once delivered or collected, and exchanges are not generally offered. In eligible cases, the remedy is usually a replacement, re-delivery, partial refund, full refund, or store credit if agreed, rather than a physical return. If there is a genuine issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 1 hour, with your Order ID, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Please do not discard the product immediately if you are making a quality claim, unless necessary for hygiene or safety.
You may request cancellation as early as possible after placing your order. If your order has not yet been accepted for preparation, or if preparation has not materially begun, we may allow cancellation. However, because our floral products are perishable and often prepared specifically for each order, once sourcing, preparation, customisation, assembly, packaging, or dispatch has begun, the order may become non-cancellable. Same-day and urgent orders may become non-cancellable very quickly after acceptance. We do not impose a separate cancellation charge merely because you requested cancellation, but a cancellation request may be declined once performance has begun. If you need to correct the delivery address or phone number, please contact us immediately with your Order ID and we will try to help where feasible.
