Shipping and Delivery Policy

Rapid Petals
(a trade name / brand of Yashken Fresh Private Limited)

Effective Date: 09-04-2026
Last Updated: 09-04-2026

1. Scope

This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to the shipping and delivery aspects of orders placed through rapidpetals.com, phone orders, assisted orders, and other delivery orders fulfilled under the Rapid Petals brand, unless a separate written quotation, invoice term, or contract expressly provides otherwise for a specific event, corporate, institutional, bulk, or B2B order.

Pickup orders are not ordinarily subject to delivery charges. However, product readiness, pickup timing, and related operational conditions may still be communicated separately where relevant.

2. Delivery Areas and Serviceability

Rapid Petals presently delivers to most serviceable areas within Bengaluru (Bangalore), subject to pincode coverage, operational feasibility, product availability, freshness protection, staffing, traffic, weather, safety considerations, and access conditions at the destination.

Delivery availability is determined by the pincode entered at checkout or otherwise confirmed by us during order processing. A pincode that is serviceable at one time may become temporarily unavailable because of operational or external factors.

We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, partially fulfil, or cancel delivery to a location that is non-serviceable, temporarily unavailable, unsafe, inaccessible, or otherwise impracticable to service on reasonable commercial and operational terms.

3. Shipping and Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary by pincode. They may also vary based on order value, product size or handling needs, requested slot, same-day or urgent requirement, distance, traffic, weather, third-party logistics availability, and other business or operational conditions.

Applicable delivery charges are ordinarily calculated, shown, or updated during checkout after the relevant pincode is selected, or are otherwise communicated to the customer before order acceptance.

We do not publish or guarantee fixed delivery charges in this Policy. Delivery charges may change from time to time without prior notice until an order is accepted. The final delivery charge payable for a given order is the charge shown at checkout or otherwise confirmed by us at the time of order acceptance.

Important: Delivery charges are dynamic and are ordinarily updated during checkout based on the pincode selected and other applicable operational factors. The amount shown at checkout or otherwise confirmed by us before order acceptance is the charge applicable to that order.

4. Delivery Dates, Slots, and Time Estimates

Any delivery date, slot, same-day indication, urgent-delivery indication, or time estimate shown on the Website or communicated by us is indicative only unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing through an authorised representative.

Same-day or urgent delivery may be offered for eligible products and serviceable pincodes, subject to the cut-off time shown on the Website or otherwise communicated at the relevant time, along with product availability, payment status, recipient availability, and operational feasibility.

Orders placed after the applicable cut-off time will ordinarily be scheduled for the next available slot or another date separately selected or confirmed. We do not guarantee delivery within an exact hour unless expressly agreed in writing by an authorised representative of Rapid Petals.

5. Customer Responsibilities for Delivery

To help us complete delivery smoothly, the customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including recipient name, recipient phone number, full address, landmark, gate or block details, floor or unit number where relevant, and any special access instructions.

  • ensure that the recipient details and delivery address provided are accurate and current;
  • ensure that the sender is authorised to provide recipient information to us;
  • ensure that the sender and, where appropriate, the recipient are reachable for delivery coordination;
  • inform us in advance of any gated-community rules, campus restrictions, security procedures, hospital rules, office-reception requirements, or similar access conditions that may materially affect delivery; and
  • bear any additional re-delivery, waiting, or re-handling cost that arises because of inaccurate information, restricted access, recipient unavailability, or other customer-side or recipient-side circumstances.

6. Delivery Attempts, Restricted Access, and Re-Delivery

We may attempt reasonable contact with the sender and/or recipient for delivery coordination. Where it is customary or reasonably necessary at the destination, and unless contrary instructions were clearly communicated in advance and accepted by us, delivery may be completed through reception, security, front desk, concierge, office desk, or another apparently responsible person at the location.

If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect or incomplete address details, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept, inaccessible premises, restricted entry, inability to contact the sender or recipient, or other customer-side or recipient-side circumstances, we may, subject to feasibility:

  • attempt reasonable contact and clarification;
  • reschedule or re-attempt delivery;
  • charge re-delivery, waiting, or re-handling costs where applicable; or
  • treat the delivery as failed due to customer-side or recipient-side circumstances.

Where a re-delivery is requested after a failed attempt caused by customer-side or recipient-side circumstances, product freshness and presentation at the time of re-delivery may not be identical to what would have been achieved at the originally planned delivery time.

7. Delays, Rescheduling, and Force Majeure

Delivery may be delayed, rescheduled, partially fulfilled, or cancelled because of factors such as traffic, weather, public restrictions, power or telecom outage, platform or payment-system outage, staffing issues, product unavailability, freshness protection measures, vehicle issues, unsafe conditions, civil disturbance, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where a requested or estimated delivery timing cannot reasonably be met, we may contact you, propose an alternative, reschedule fulfilment, make a reasonable substitution where appropriate, partially fulfil the order, or cancel the affected order or affected portion and refund any amount received for the unfulfilled portion, subject to applicable law and our Cancellation, Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Proof of Delivery and Transfer of Risk

Risk in the goods passes to you or the recipient upon delivery at the address, handover at the delivery point, or pickup, as applicable. Delivery may be considered completed when the goods are handed over to the named recipient or, where reasonably necessary and customary, to a reception desk, security desk, concierge, front office, or another apparently responsible person at the address.

We may maintain reasonable delivery records, including communication logs or electronic delivery records, for operational, customer-service, and dispute-resolution purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.
